Autism Barbers Assemble are an elite team of barbers aiming to raise the awareness for autism, and helping children overcome the fear of a haircut.
Founded by James Williams, “I want to get barbers and hairdressers to understand autism, I eventually want to build a map on a website where autistic children are actively welcomed so parents know where they can go and not get turned away.” James or ‘Jim the Trim’ and his team will be at Parallel offering haircuts to the general public, to help children who have autism or special needs.

Kalon forrest is a barber from Edinburgh who spends days off on street cutting hair of the homeless. He’s been cutting hair for the homeless on the streets for almost four years. Kalon works six days a week at Boombarbers in Stockbridge. He spends the majority of his days off scouring the city for the homeless who he can spruce up and make feel better about themselves.
